Sacred Gatherings for Seasonal Living & Soulful Connection
Come as you are. Leave nourished, grounded and glowing.
Soul Sister Sessions are our in-person and online gatherings rooted in the rhythms of nature, sisterhood and slow, sustainable living. These sacred circles, sauna rituals, wild walks and seasonal celebrations are your invitation to reconnect with yourself, the land, and a likeminded community of women.
Historical Roots: Women, Hearth & Table
For centuries, women have gathered around fires, tables and hearths to share stories, preserve traditions, prepare food, offer healing, and support one another. The table wasn’t just about eating – it was a site of sisterhood, skill, resistance, and ritual.
From quilting circles to village bread-baking days, from brewing herbs to midwifery, the shared table has always been where women passed down knowledge, built networks, and nourished communities.
The modern world often tells us to “get a seat at the table” – but here, we’re doing something older and more radical.

A sanctuary of connection, community, and seasonal living
🌙 Community & Connection
Our Soul Sister Sessions are a chance to step out of the busyness of life and into something deeper. Each gathering is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, with the cycles of nature, and with a circle of like-minded women.
Held in two unique settings – the wild Dorset coastline and the heart of a beautiful village – these sessions offer you both grounding and magic.
Beneath the glow of the moon, join us at the stunning wood-fired beach sauna in Studland. These gatherings are a ritual of warmth, release, and renewal, with the option of a bracing sea dip for those who feel called.
What to expect:
A guided moon-aligned intention setting
Time in the wood-fired sauna to soothe, restore and release
Optional sea dip under the stars or rising moon
Closing circle to ground and connect with your soul sisters
Why join: This is more than a sauna. It is a ritual of recalibration, an invitation to pause, reset, and return home to yourself.
Our monthly Soul Sister Circles blend the sacred and the practical, the witchy and the warm, creating a women’s circle with a Dorset twist. Think of it as a Witchy WI: part seasonal ceremony, part community skill-sharing, and always a nourishing evening of connection.
What to expect:
A welcoming circle space held for women aged 14+
Seasonal themes inspired by nature and the Celtic wheel (without being the sole focus)
Opportunities to share gifts, whether Reiki, sewing, foraging tips, or sourdough starters
Seasonal swaps – bring produce, plants, seeds, bakes, or homemade goods to exchange
Tea, warmth, and a sense of belonging
Why join: These circles are about weaving community, learning from each other, and celebrating the richness of seasonal living together.
